From Inquiry to Shipment: The Full Process of Working With Us

You send an inquiry. We reply. In your first or second email, you will most likely ask four questions:

“What's your MOQ?”

“How long is the lead time?”
“Do you have FDA or ISO?”
“How does custom formula and packaging work?”

Every one of those is normal. We answer them every day. Below I walk you through the actual process from your first email to the container leaving our factory – and I put the answers to those four questions right where you would ask them.

Step 1 – You ask MOQ, we give you two numbers

“What is your minimum order quantity?”

For full custom (your own formula + fully custom printed tubes and boxes), our MOQ is 10,000 pieces.

Why 10,000 for full custom? Because we run automatic filling lines. Below that, the line change and cleaning cost makes the unit price unreasonable for both sides. So full custom orders stay at 10,000 minimum.

Want to test the market first? Start with 5,000 pieces using stock tubes and our existing formulas. When you are ready to scale, move to 10,000 pieces with full custom packaging and formula.

Step 2 – You ask lead time, we give a clear range

“How long is the lead time?”

25 to 35 days. From deposit to factory shipment.

This range includes everything: sampling, raw material purchase, tube plate making, filling, packing, quality check.

We will give you the exact date when we confirm the order.

Step 3 – You ask FDA and ISO, we give names and certificate numbers

“Do you have FDA? ISO?”

Yes.

FDA: We have an FDA registration number

ISO 22716 (GMP for cosmetics) – certified.

ISO 9001 (Quality management) – certified.

We attach a one‑page summary of each certificate in our reply – certification body, validity date, scope. You don't have to search our website.

Step 4 – You ask about custom formula – “tweak” vs “brand new”

“I want my own formula. Can you make it?”

Case A – Tweak one of our existing formulas

We have over 200 proven formulas (whitening, fluoride, kids, herbal, sensitive, etc.). You pick one. We can change:

    Flavor (mint to strawberry)

    Fluoride level (1000 ppm to 1450 ppm)

    Foaming level (more or less SLS)

Sampling takes 5–7 days, we provide 1–2 samples. Free sampling.

Case B – Brand new formula

You send a concept or an ingredient list (example: “SLS‑free, with hydroxyapatite, watermelon flavor”).

We first do a feasibility check: can we buy the raw materials? Cost? Stability risk?

Then we make samples – 5–7 days, 1–2 samples.

Step 5 – You ask about custom packaging – tubes, boxes, labels

“Can you print my own design on tubes and boxes?”

Tubes

Send an AI or PDF design. We make printing. Plate cost is listed separately. We will write clearly: above how many pieces we refund the plate fee.

Boxes

You send your artwork, we make a die drawing for your approval. Sample boxes in 5-7 days. Box material, weight, surface finish (matte lamination, gloss lamination, spot UV) – all according to your spec.

Labels

Simplest. We outsource printing, 5-7 days.

After sampling is approved, we sign a contract. The contract clearly states what you asked:

   MOQ: 10,000 pieces for full custom. Allowed over/under ±5% is standard.

   Lead time: 25–35 days from deposit to factory shipment.

   Customization responsibility: If we print your approved artwork incorrectly, we redo it at our cost. If your approved artwork has a mistake, you pay for the redo.

Deposit: 30% (T/T). Then production starts.

Step 7 – Production, inspection, shipment

We send you three proactive updates during production:

   After paste making – photo of the paste.

   During filling – a 15‑second phone video showing the tubes, caps, and boxes running on the line.

   During packing – packed quantity table + full pallet photos.

Inspection – you choose:

   Video inspection: You tell us which cartons to open, which tubes to squeeze, which seals to pull. The whole session is recorded.

After inspection passes, we issue the final invoice and packing list.

Loading day – we take three photos and send them to you:

   Empty container + container number and seal number

   Halfway loaded – shows how pallets are arranged

   Last pallet before closing – shows the stretch wrap is intact

Then we provide the full shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (FORM E or general).

Last – direct answers to a few more questions you probably have

“I have no formula and no design. Can you help from zero?”

Yes. From formula concept to tube recommendation to box – we make a full proposal. That's daily work for us.

“Do you accept PayPal or T/T?”

We prefer T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
