One stop Oral Care product of toothpaste manufacturing with 20+ years experience.
Buyers ask if tooth powder is just toothpaste without water. No. It's a dry blend. Dry toothpaste and you get a mess. Abrasive, flavor, and anti-caking systems have to be rebuilt.
We mix, fill, and pack oral care products. Here's what matters.
Formula: calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, silica. Each changes cleaning, mouthfeel, and cost. Liquid flavor can cause caking. Xylitol tastes good but pulls moisture. Last month a buyer wanted fluoride plus "cavity prevention" on the front label. We stopped the project until the US OTC route was clear.
Filling: powder density moves with humidity. Fill by weight, not volume. We control the filling room. If not, jars arrive underweight or caked. Jars need a good seal. Pouches need a barrier layer. Common sizes: 30g, 50g, 100g. Stick packs for travel.
Compliance: EU/UK usually cosmetic. US may be drug if fluoride. Canada, Australia. Supermarket buyers want COA, SDS, GMP, ISO 22716, stability, micro. Claims are where deals die. "Cleans" is safer than "prevents cavities."
Test in the final jar or pouch, not just a lab bag. Wholesale buyers care about case pack, cost per gram, and reorder time. MOQ depends on powder batch and packaging run. A jar MOQ is not a stick-pack MOQ.
Send your market, pack size, claims, and volume. We'll tell you what works, what needs testing, and what isn't worth launching.
